Registration for the 2014 Borski Farms CSA Season is OPEN! Click here for the 2014 Registration Form.  Resistration has been extended 2 weeks and closes June 14, 2014.

Borski Farms CSA features a wide variety of fresh, organically grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs picked at the peak of ripeness. Look forward to herb starts, such as oregano, Italian parsley, basil and sage, raspberries and blackberries, fruit from the U.S.U. Extension Orchard in Kaysville, among other specialties. Borski Farms CSA Program is 15 weeks long, starting in late June and ending in early October.

Shares

The cost for one 2014 share is $240.00.  One share contains a small amount (approximately 1 lb. per item) of 4-6 different items per week. One share is good for two adults. If you want ample produce or enough for four or more, 2 shares are recommended.

15 week season (Holidays included).  The 2014 season will start June 23 for the Avenues pick-up, June 25 for the Sherman Street pick-up, and June 27 for the Kaysville and Ogden pick-up locations.  For pick-up locations, click here.

A creative variety of heirloom salad greens, cooking greens, peas, beans, garlic, squash, potatoes, corn, tomatoes, and many other fruits, vegetables, and herbs at a reasonable price.

Fruit from the USU Extension Orchard in Kaysville---USU has more fruit in production this year, so look forward to more fruit in the 2014 program!

Preservation!

Consider purchasing a second share to preserve. Start winter storage you will look forward to! We have the latest information on freezing, canning, and drying, plus great recipes for sauces, salsas, and pickling.

RESTAURANTS

We are pleased to offer a Restaurant Share. A restaurant share is available for $2,400.00.  We will deliver on Tuesdays or Thursdays to Salt Lake restaraunts north of 2100 South.  Delivery time is between 3:00 - 4:00 pm.  Produce may also be picked up at the farm, located at 251 West 100 South in Kaysville. The season will start the last week in June and go through the first week in October.

Tomatoes!

Borski Farms has been in existence since 1992, and is based in Kaysville, Utah. We grow a variety of vegetables, herbs and fruit. We are up early on pick-up days, so most fruits and vegetables are picked that morning.
